2021 Season

We will continue to feel the loss of Micah Baerwald this season.
His family has donated a new trophy, The Sportsmanship award.
Sportsmanship: Awarded to an athlete that enjoys the sport with proper consideration for competition, fairness, ethics, respect and a sense of fellowship with teammates and competitors.
We will remember Micah. Here are some BMTFL moments. May these photos give you fond memories.

Semis completed in the rain
A-Semis at TISS had Dutchmen finish Snap Fitness season with a close win in the final minutes 19-12
At Commonwealth, another close game with Pastime Peelers finishing Gabriel Pizza 19-13
The B final had a big win for Miracle Maid Maniacs winning the trophy over the Bills
The final for the Championship had Dutchmen winning over the Pastime Peelers and taking the big trophy
The awards were completed at the Keystorm Pub with the first ever Sportsmanship award given to Chris Cook
Individual awards went for Offence to Rob Fullerton. Defense to Cliff Matthews
Qb award to Mark Reilly and the Rookie QB award to Dallas Michel
Honourable mention to Evan Eastwood as the Rookie of the year.
The Mothers have voted Jacob White as the 2022 President.
Mothers Brock Murphy won the legendary Golden Boot
Mothers Golden Slipper was jointly won by rookies Jesse Robertson and Scott Maycott
Charity BBQ raised over $1200. $1000 is going to the Micah Scolarship Fund and $300 to Keystorm for the Snowsuit drive
